What is Mine to Do?
January - February, 2025
Three-Session Live Online Course
In this class, we will tap into winter's seasonal energy of discernment to explore our calling, our soul’s path and desire for expression. This will be a space to compassionately touch into the heart-ache and overwhelm we collectively feel, name the limiting beliefs and assumptions that keep us from clarity, and to drop below the noise of our dominant culture to encounter our spirit’s knowing of this question: What is mine to do?

In this three-session class we will take time to really drop into the question of what is ours to do. We will start by noticing and feeling all (including overwhelm, fear, anger or sadness) that this question brings up with kind awareness. We will then examine our culturally inherited limiting beliefs about what we should do, leaning instead into the possibility that our inner wisdom holds the wisdom of the Earth herself, and that our dreams and visions are messages from the sacred Earth. From here we invite the spirit forward to share all that it knows about where to focus.
In this process we will guide you through a progression of prompts and activities to help you drop through the swirl and rumination of your mind and the heaviness of your heart to connect with the magic of your spirit, the part of you that is connected to greater wisdom.
This class is timed with the seasonal energies of mid winter, a time traditionally used to decide which seeds we will plant in the coming cycle. Given our current context, this winter is a potent time for those of us who want to create something new with our work. There is a real opportunity to pull our focus from old structures and beliefs, and to listen deeply for the inner sense of what is ours to create as part of Earth’s emergent healing process.
In this class you will:
Learn how to connect with various aspects of your inner wisdom and to access earth wisdom in order to get clarity on what is mine to do?
Meet with kindness the feelings, inherited limiting beliefs, and cultural barriers to clearly knowing: what is mine to do?
Call in a vision that aligns with your wholeness and your uniqueness, and anchor this vision in your body
Feel into new beliefs that would support you to express your authentic vision of what is yours to do in the coming year
Plant seeds for the next cycle of your life, preparing to move forward from a place of clear vision and intention
